Carrick Activity Centre / Dailly Parish

We are up and running with the Carrick Activity Centre.   Come and have a tour.

A modern fitness suite from Pulse Fitness, including treadmills, rowers, other cardio pieces, vibroplates, and various resistance equipment such as chest press, lat pulldown, multi pulley.

Steven McBirnie, the Centre Manager and his team are there to help you.   Inductions available for the Fitness Suite.

We also do Children’s Birthday Parties and have a bouncy castle and other pieces of equipment/soft toys that are suitable for children’s play – call for details.
