What is Blue Health?

Blue Health means boosting our health and wellbeing by being in or near blue spaces such as rivers, lakes and the sea.

It is about connecting with water in simple ways on a daily basis and in turn caring for the environment.

Seasonal Suggestions to Explore Water

Inside the booklet below, you will find seasonal suggestions to explore water all around us, simple ways to connect with this unique element and help you harvest its benefits for minds, bodies and souls.

Each month, there is something for everyone, a local theme to delve into, a home-based activity and a fresh way for all to interact with our blue spaces.

The leaflet below has been produced by South Ayrshire Ranger Service and Undersky, and promotes blue health activities which encourage connection with water, benefitting your mental and physical wellbeing.
