SWRI 75th Birthday Celebration

Old Dailly S.W.I.

This Institute consists of rural women who meet on the third Wednesday of each month in Dailly Community Centre at 7pm from September to May inclusive each year to share and further our skills in handicrafts, produce and social skills and support national and local good causes.

Our meetings consist of demonstrations, talks, practical nights and musical events.  Each year we have a Christmas outing. We also participate in the annual McMillan Nurses Coffee Morning appeal in September each year.

Our age group is limitless – from 16 to over 80 – all are welcome.   We have members from Dailly, Girvan and many surrounding areas.

Our annual membership fee is £26.  Visitors can pay £4.00 per evening.

We have a very hard working committee who make sure all these events run smoothly.
