TAKE SOME “ YOU TIME”

 A gentle way to help  Improve  fitness, stamina  & strength  through traditional Hatha Yoga practices.

Working at your own pace.                   

 Asana – physical practices , for strength /flexibility
Pranayama  – Breath awareness/ breathing practices
Yoga Nidra  – Deep Relaxation

     Wear loose comfortable clothes (layers) & bring a blanket & yoga mat if you have one ( some mats/ blankets will be available )
